AI-powered. Fully programmable.
Built for the way engineers actually think.
Five reasons CalSci is unlike any calculator you've used before.
Press the dedicated AI key and ask anything about your calculation in plain language. CalSci understands context, explains results, catches mistakes, and teaches you the math behind the answer.
Dedicated AI KeyWrite custom scripts directly on the device using a Python-like syntax. Build interactive apps, automate repetitive calculations, define custom functions — even games run on CalSci.
Python-like SyntaxPlot functions, parametric curves, and datasets with sharp clarity on the built-in display. Pan, zoom, and trace graphs with dedicated navigation keys — no laptop needed.
128×96 DisplayCustomise your CalSci experience from the device itself. Adjust display brightness, manage scripts, configure the AI key, and update firmware — all from a clean on-device settings menu.
Full ControlFrom calculus and linear algebra to statistics and engineering constants — CalSci ships with over 150 functions across all major scientific disciplines. No downloads, no setup.
All DisciplinesBuild, test, and deploy apps to your CalSci — just like a real developer platform.
Write, edit, and run apps directly on CalSci using the built-in script editor. Define variables, loops, and custom functions — all from the device keyboard. No computer required.
Get Early Access →Build and test your CalSci apps on your computer before pushing to the real device. The simulator mirrors the exact hardware environment — every key, every display pixel, every API call.
Learn More →Keep your CalSci up to date with over-the-air firmware updates over USB. New features, bug fixes, and AI model improvements — one click and your device is current.
Learn More →Connect to your CalSci from a desktop Python script. Access all device APIs, read sensor data, push scripts, and automate workflows.
Coming SoonOrganise, version, and deploy your CalSci scripts from the web interface. Push to device in one click, roll back instantly if needed.
Web InterfaceThe on-device AI model improves over time. Receive updated model weights via firmware OTA — better answers, more context, without replacing hardware.
Auto via OTADiscover apps built by the CalSci community. Install games, engineering tools, and custom calculators directly from the store onto your device.
Coming SoonEverything you need to know about CalSci.
CalSci is a physical AI-powered programmable scientific calculator. It has real physical keys, a built-in display, a dedicated AI key, and a full scripting engine — all in a device that fits in your pocket. It works entirely offline and is built for engineers, developers, and advanced students who need more from their calculator.
Traditional calculators are locked to a fixed set of built-in functions. CalSci is fully programmable — you can write your own scripts, define custom functions, and ask the on-device AI to explain or verify calculations in real time. No phone, no app, no internet. It is a programmable computer that fits in your hand.
CalSci uses a Python-like scripting syntax optimised for the physical keyboard layout. Variables, loops, conditionals, and custom functions are all supported directly on the device. You can also use the full Python SDK on your desktop to build scripts, tools, and automation workflows that communicate with your CalSci over USB.
Yes. CalSci has a built-in Script Manager and an App Store where you can install, manage, and publish apps. You can write scripts directly on the device or build them on your desktop using the Python SDK and push them over USB. Apps can access device APIs, sensors, display, and the AI engine.
The CalSci Simulator is a free desktop app that mirrors your device environment exactly — write and test scripts before pushing them to the real hardware. Firmware updates are delivered wirelessly over OTA (over-the-air) and applied automatically. AI model updates are also pushed via OTA, so your device gets smarter over time without any manual steps.
No. All core features — the AI assistant, scripting engine, graph plotter, and built-in functions — run entirely on-device with no internet required. USB or Wi-Fi is only used when you choose to sync scripts from your desktop or apply a firmware update.
